Held on October 18, 2023, at the Assembly Hall of NCPAG, University of the Philippines Diliman, the Policy Forum and Workshop gathered key leaders and experts to discuss digital transformation, creative industries development, and e-commerce growth. LCCAD Executive Director Nong C. Rangasa delivered the Welcome Remarks, joined by esteemed speakers including UP Diliman Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. 2017 National Roll-Out of the Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP)
The 2017 National Roll-Out of the Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) was spearheaded by the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, in partnership with the League of Cities of the Philippines and the League of Provinces of the Philippines. The initiative was supported by the Office of the President – Climate Change Commission under then-President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, with LCCAD Executive Director Nong C. Rangasa serving as the Resident Trainer and National Focal Person. This milestone strengthened local capacities toward climate resilience and sustainable governance across more than 1,700 municipalities nationwide.

2011 First National Media Summit on Climate Change Adaptation – Birth of the Climate Change Academy for LGUs
The 2011 Summit in Albay, organized by CIRCA with the UNDP, CCC, NEDA, and the Office of the President, led by Albay Governor Joey Sarte Salceda and Nong C.
